Main Orchestra

The application deadline has been extended for the very special relaunch of the Main Orchestra in August 2025, as there are vacancies in some sections. Please get in touch if you would like to know more! We are delighted to welcome back Dr Glenn D. Price (Canada) to direct the Orchestra, along with a stellar team of sectional coaches and pastoral staff. Expect an action-packed time of music, social events, and friendship! Open to players aged 14 to 21, of grade 6/7 standard and above.

Chamber Courses

Our regular 'Focus on Chamber' courses (both residential and non-residential) take place in a variety of locations around the UK. Open to wind, brass, and percussion players, the courses are a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of small ensemble music and to hone essential skills relating to technique, musicianship, and communication.
